Biscoff Stuffed Cookie

A delicious Biscoff cookie dough with bits of lotus biscuits and white chocolate. It's also stuffed with Biscoff spread! 

Warm it up in the microwave for 15 seconds or in the oven at 180C for 5 minutes for a gooey center.
