Frequently asked questions
What is the return policy?
Due to the nature of our products we are unable to accept refunds for change of mind. If you are not satisfied with the quality or taste of your order you must contact us within 48 hours of when the order was collected or delivered, please include details of the issue. Refunds will be decided at the discretion of Happy Bellies. No refunds will be offered for products that have been consumed.
Do you cater to allergies?
We do not cater for those with allergies. All our products are made in a Council registered kitchen that handles all allergens. We cannot guarantee that there has not been any cross contamination. Each product will have a complete list of ingredients and allergens in their description.
When will I get my order?
Currently, while we are starting up, we're looking at weekly pick-ups. Please have orders placed by Wednesday 5pm for pick-up on the Saturday. Any orders placed after 5pm Wednesday will be ready the following week. Please email happybelliesnz@gmail.com for any help.
How much does shipping cost?
We will be looking at shipping soon! For now we will be looking at local deliveries :).
